How To Loose Weight In 30 Days

This article points to the fact that ‘going on a diet’ will not help you to lose weight. You tend to starve yourself which brings your body into thinking that there is famine so that it needs to hang onto every calorie. When you quit the diet the metabolic rate doesn’t catch on and you gain the weight right back.
